In case it's not abundantly clear by the title of this post, I _love_ operational efficiency. I also love youtube. While I was pregnant I watched many, many "day in the life of a newborn" videos and aside from being entertaining, I actually learned a lot about what to expect. So since youtube videos is my love language, I wanted to contribute one of my very own.
As I was planning a shot list, tho, it became clear that a lot of what I wanted to talk about was how I'm using tech ops and engineering in parenting. And thus "how to project manage a newborn" was born. Enjoy!
